What the app does
It watches orders after they are paid and emails you when one stays unfulfilled longer than the window you set. The default window is 12 hours. Fulfilling the order removes it from the list. The app does not fulfill orders, buy shipping labels, refund customers, or email your customers.
Alerts depend on Shopify webhooks and a background check about every 15 minutes. A delayed webhook can delay an alert by that long.
Price
Watchdog Monthly is 9 US dollars every 30 days, with a 7-day trial. Shopify bills the charge. You can uninstall the app from the Shopify admin to stop it. Development stores receive a test charge and are not billed.
Your store
You are responsible for the orders the app reports and for what you do after an alert. The app reads order status. It does not change orders.
