IvoraThese terms cover the Shopify app Order Sync Watchdog, made by Ivora (Ivan Petrus). Installing the app means you agree to them. Billing is handled by Shopify.
What the app does
It watches orders after they are paid and emails you when one stays unfulfilled longer than the window you set. The default window is 12 hours. Fulfilling the order removes it from the list. The app does not fulfill orders, buy shipping labels, refund customers, or email your customers.
Alerts depend on Shopify webhooks and a background check about every 15 minutes. A delayed webhook can delay an alert by that long.
Price
Watchdog Monthly is 9 US dollars every 30 days, with a 7-day trial. Shopify bills the charge. You can uninstall the app from the Shopify admin to stop it. Development stores receive a test charge and are not billed.
Your store
You are responsible for the orders the app reports and for what you do after an alert. The app reads order status. It does not change orders.
Liability
The app helps you notice stuck orders, but it cannot guarantee that every delay is caught or reported in time; it depends on Shopify's webhooks and API. To the extent the law allows, Ivora is not liable for lost sales or other indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending
You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend the app for a store that misuses it, or stop offering the app; where we can, we will tell you in advance by email.
Data
How order data is stored and deleted is described in the privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, and disputes go to the courts of Ukraine. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection given to you by the mandatory law of the country where you live.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use of the app after a change means you accept it.
